Cameron Diaz is one of my favorites. While she has fine hair, she looks like she has lots of it. And her layers and blonding really give the allusion of much more volume and thickness. She can dress up this look or dress it down. Cameron isn't a natural blonde, but you wouldn't know from looking at her because she has all the dimensions and shades of a natural blonde. Her look is playful and sexy.

Eva Mendes does a great job of looking carefree and relaxed. She's casual and sexy all at the same time. Not to mention her length allows her to play with different styles, so like with Cameron, you'll see her hair half up/half down, all the way up and tousled waves like the photo above. Highlights on dark hair can be hard to pull off; however, Eva looks perfect and slightly beachy with her oh-so-subtle highlights. Eva (or her stylist!) probably blew her hair dry using a large round brush then either used a large barrel curling iron or a flat iron (turning the flat iron out) to achieve the volume in this look. Isn't she adorable?
Diane Sawyer has one of my favorite "mature" haircuts. She looks classy and classic, simple and feminine. I think what I like best is that she keeps her cut below the chin, which can take years off your appearance. I feel sad for women who don't keep this in mind and end up accidentally aging themselves.
